Staff Passes
Each Trade Exhibition Stand will come with a batch of access passes for staff. The amount of free passes changes for each stand size. Please see the amounts listen below:
Indoor Stands
6m x 4m: 4 Passes
9m x 4m: 6 Passes
12m x 4m: 8 Passes
15m x 4m: 10 Passes
Outdoor Stands
• 4m x 10m: 4 Passes
• 6m x 10m: 6 Passes
• 10m x 10m: 8 Passes
• 15m x 10m: 10 Passes
Additional Passes can be purchased for £10+VAT per pass. Please state how many passes you need in total via the form below. We will then bill you for any additionals over the current FOC amount.

Our show guide is distributed on the day of the event to each customer that comes through the gate. Within this booklet we display:

• Single Page Ad: £75+VAT
• Double Page Ad: £125+VAT
Both the 15m x 4m Indoor Stand & the 15 x 10m Outdoor Stand will receive x1 Single Page Ad Free-of-Charge (Car Care Companies Excluded).

Terms & Conditions
By completing the form above and ticking the necessary tick-boxes, you agree to the terms and conditions displayed below. Please read them before completing your booking request form.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form the contract between Wagon UK Automotive Events Limited (“the Organiser”) and the Exhibitor (“the Company” or “Trader”). By booking and/or using exhibition space at the Offset Automotive Show (“the Event”), the Exhibitor agrees to abide by the following Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must notify the Organiser immediately. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms.
1. Services
1.1 In consideration of payment of charges, the Organiser will supply temporary exhibition space (trade stand) for the Event and such associated services as may reasonably be required during the Event.
1.2 No booking is considered secured until a completed booking form has been received, along with full-payment and written confirmation has been issued by the Organiser.
2. Charges and Payment
2.1 Stand fees are as set out separately from these Terms and are subject to VAT where applicable.
2.2 A booking deposit may be required at the Organiser’s discretion. Deposits are non-refundable.
2.3 The balance of stand fees must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of invoice.
2.4 If payment is not received within 30 days, the Organiser may issue a written warning. Continued non-payment after 7 days of such notice will result in cancellation of the booking, loss of the stand, and possible financial penalties.
2.5 The Organiser reserves the right to apply statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% above the Bank of England base rate and to charge debt recovery costs:
- £40 for debts up to £1,000
- £80 for debts between £1,000.01–£3,000
- £120 for debts over £3,000.01
3. Cancellations
3.1 Exhibition space is non-refundable once booked.
3.2 If the Exhibitor cancels their booking, 100% of the stand fee remains payable.
3.3 Non-attendance at the Event does not entitle the Exhibitor to any refund.
4. Event Access and Build/Breakdown
4.1 For Indoor Stands, set-up must take place on Friday 24th April 2026 and/or Saturday 25th April 2026 during the allocated times.
4.2 For Outdoor Stands, set-up must take place on Saturday 25th April 2026, and/or Sunday 26th April 2026 during the allocated times.
4.3 All stands must be fully operational by 9:00 AM on Sunday 26th April 2026.
4.4 Breakdown may only commence after the Event has closed to the public. Early breakdown is strictly prohibited.
4.5 Vehicles not forming part of the stand display must be removed to designated Exhibitor parking before the Event opens to the public.
5. Exhibitor Responsibilities
5.1 Exhibitors must provide an accurate description of goods/services on the booking form. Only these may be displayed or sold.
5.2 Exhibitors must not:
- Sell items outside their stated field of business.
- Sell or distribute food, drink, catering, or car care/cleaning products (exclusive categories reserved for partners/sponsors).
- Use the names “Offset,” “Offset Show,” "Offset Culture" or “Offset Automotive Show” or produce merchandise carrying these brands without written permission.
5.3 Sub-letting or sharing stand space is prohibited. Breach will result in a surcharge equal to 150% of the stand fee.
5.4 Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their stand space clean and tidy. Waste must be disposed of in bins provided. Failure to leave space clean will incur a £100+VAT cleaning charge.
5.5 All equipment, marquees, and structures must be of good condition and contained within the allocated pitch.
6. Health, Safety, and Insurance
6.1 Exhibitors must comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other relevant UK legislation.
6.2 All electrical equipment must be PAT tested and proof may be requested.
6.3 Exhibitors must supply a suitable fire extinguisher at their stand. The Organiser reserves the right to inspect stands and prohibit unsafe equipment.
6.4 Exhibitors must provide up-to-date risk assessments and may be asked to submit copies in advance.
6.5 Exhibitors must hold Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000 and provide evidence upon request.
6.6 Exhibitors are responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by their stand, staff, or equipment and indemnify the Organiser against claims.
7. Security and Liability
7.1 Security will be provided during the Event, but Exhibitors remain solely responsible for the safe keeping of stock, equipment, and personal property.
7.2 The Organiser accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to Exhibitor property.
7.3 The Organiser shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Conduct and Standards
8.1 Exhibitors and their staff must behave professionally and courteously at all times. Aggressive or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
8.2 Exhibitors must not engage in activities that bring the Event or Organiser into disrepute.
8.3 Performances or promotional activities at stands must not be offensive, lewd, or unsafe.
8.4 Exhibitors must remain within their allocated stand boundaries and not obstruct aisles, exits, or neighbouring stands.
8.5 A breach of pitch boundaries, stated in 8.4, will result in an additional cost of £100+VAT per m2, with a minimum charge of 2m2 being charged.
8.6 No distribution of leaflets, flyers, or promotional materials is permitted outside of the Exhibitor’s stand unless approved in writing.
9. Force Majeure
The Organiser will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Event. However, if prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond its control (including, but not limited to: adverse weather, strikes, civil commotion, terrorism, fire, flood, or epidemic/pandemic), obligations will be suspended. The Organiser shall not be liable for refunds or compensation, but may at its discretion reschedule the Event.
10. Data Protection
10.1 The Organiser will process Exhibitor data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 Personal data will only be used for purposes of administering bookings, compliance, and relevant Event communications.
10.3 Data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties unless required by law or necessary for Event delivery.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 The Organiser reserves the absolute right to refuse bookings without reason.
11.2 Submission of a booking form does not guarantee space until written confirmation is issued.
11.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.
11.4 No variation or amendment to these Terms shall be valid unless in writing and agreed by the Organiser.
11.5 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance
By submitting the booking form and/or using exhibition space at the Offset Automotive Show, the Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and any subsequently updated versions.
Exhibitors accept that ticking the box within the above form, is a form of acceptance for these Termsr. Failure to do so may prevent allocation of exhibition space.
