Taking place across Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th April 2027 at the Royal Cornwall Events Centre, Offset returns with its biggest event to date, introducing an all-new two-day format and creating even more opportunities for businesses to showcase their brand in front of a highly engaged automotive audience.

Due to the popularity of our event, as well as us wishing to monitor how many businesses in each industry type we have attend, all companies are now required to complete the form below.
If we have an opening suitable for your business, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please note, industries listed in this section are now fully booked.

We have a multi-year contract with our catering provider & all positions are filled until 2028.

CAR CARE
Due to sponsorship commitements we cannot accept any more car care suppliers to our events, as we are now at our limit. This does not include vehicle detailers advertising your cleaning services, however the sale of your own products / informing people that you sell your own / or other products, is included in this prohibited criteria.
HOT WHEELS / DIECAST MODELS
We cannot accept any more sellers of Hot Wheels & DieCast models. If you are a regular reatailer of these products, please do not exclude them from your product list when completing the booking form.
NUMBER PLATES / SHOW PLATES
We cannot accept any more sellers of number plates and / or show plates.

Trading Times
The event will be open from 10am - 4:30pm on both event days. There will be no evening trading on Saturday 24th April, as the event site will close once the event concludes.
Can we trade on Saturday evening?
No, there is no trading beyond 5pm on either event days.
When can we setup our stand?
All stands, indoor and outdoor, must be setup on or before Friday 23rd April 2027. There is no setting up on the morning of the event.
Can I sell food or drink?
No. As per the exclusivity information, all catering postitions are filled until 2028.
What is included with my trade booking?
The following are included with all trade bookings free of charge:

Do I need to exhibit on both days?
Yes, we are only accepting bookings for companies wishing to attend on both event days.
Can I have vehicles on my trade stand?
Yes, providing your stand and said vehicles fit within the footprint that you have booked.
Do I need Public Liability Insurance and a risk assessment?
Yes, with these being required to be provided to the event before attending.
Can I restock in-between event days?
Yes, you will be able to restock your stand post event on Saturday 24th April 5pm - 7pm, or on Sunday 25th April 7am - 8am.
You will not be able to enter the indoor exhibition halls with trade vehicles - restocking by hand only. Inform us if you need assistance.
