Camping Pitch (Up to x4 People)

Due to health and safety requirements, and to ensure all campers enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience, the following campsite rules apply to all attendees:

• Camping tickets provide access to the campsite only and do not include admission to Offset Show. Event admission tickets must be purchased separately.

• Please respect fellow campers, local residents, event staff and security personnel at all times.

• Excessive engine revving, burnouts, limiter bouncing, anti-lag use, unnecessary vehicle noise and loud sound systems are strictly prohibited within the campsite.

• Vehicles must be driven responsibly at all times. A maximum speed limit of 5mph applies throughout all camping areas.

• Aggressive driving, dangerous driving or any behaviour deemed unsafe by event staff may result in removal from the campsite and event without refund.

• Campfires, fire pits, fireworks, Chinese lanterns and any open flames are strictly prohibited.

• Barbecues may only be used where permitted and must be raised from the ground.

• Excessive alcohol consumption, anti-social behaviour, threatening behaviour or abuse towards staff, contractors, security personnel or other attendees will not be tolerated.

• Show vehicles must enter the main event grounds by 8:30am on Sunday 25th April 2027.

• Once the event opens to the public, vehicle movements within exhibition areas are subject to the Offset Show Vehicle Movement Policy.

• No vehicle access into the event grounds will be permitted after 4:00pm.

• If you leave your vehicle within the event grounds and return to the campsite on foot, you will not be able to retrieve your vehicle after 4:00pm.

• Campers are not required to dismantle tents, gazebos or camping equipment before attending the event. Camping equipment may remain in place until the event concludes on Sunday 25th April 2027.

• All pitches are digitally linked to the original booking holder.

• Any tents, gazebos, rubbish, furniture, equipment, camping accessories or personal belongings left behind after the campsite closes will be subject to a £100 cleaning and disposal charge per item found.

• All rubbish must be disposed of using the bins and waste facilities provided.

• Show vehicles, camping vehicles and personal belongings may be subject to inspection or security searches upon arrival.

• Generators may only be used with prior permission from event management and must not cause disturbance to neighbouring campers.

• The use of drones anywhere on site is prohibited unless authorised in writing by event management.

• Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Offset Show, Wagon UK Automotive Events LTD and the Royal Cornwall Events Centre accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to vehicles, camping equipment or personal belongings.

• Event management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive or likely to negatively impact the experience of other attendees.

• By entering the campsite, all attendees agree to comply with these rules and any reasonable instructions given by event staff, security personnel and event management.

All campers will able to enter the campsite on Saturday 24th April from 4pm.

Show Vehicles

• You can bring your show vehicle from the event into the campsite (Not indoor vehicles).
• If you leave your vehicle within the event grounds and return to the campsite on foot, you will not be able to retrieve your vehicle after 4:00pm - until 7am the following morning.
• Show vehicles will be expected to vacate the campsite by 08:30am on Sunday 25th April however, you will be able to return to the campsite after the event to take down your tents and camping equipment.
• You can return to the campsite throughout Sunday (on foot).
• You will be requried to show all necessary passes to access the event on Saturday, the Campsite on Saturday, and the event on Sunday.
• Do not remove your wristbands until you have fully left the event with no intention of returning.

General Public

• There will be no access back into the Saturday event after 4pm. Do not leave anything behind.
• You are not required to vacate your vehicles from the campsite on the morning of Sunday 25th April.
• You can return to the campsite throughout Sunday (on foot).
• You will be requried to show all necessary passes to access the event on Saturday, the Campsite on Saturday, and the event on Sunday.
• Do not remove your wristbands until you have fully left the event with no intention of returning.

• VEHICLE SHOWCASE ZONES: Your entry passes will arrive by courier from 1st April 2027. Please inform us if your delivery address changes. Replacements will not be offered if we are not contacted.

• THE OWNER'S CIRCLE: Your entry passes will arrive by courier from 1st April 2027. Please inform us if your delivery address changes. Replacements will not be offered if we are not contacted.

• GENERAL PUBLIC: All general public or show vehicle passenger tickets are available via digital download upon purchase. Enter your email address correctly!

• CLUB STANDS: Club Stand driver tickets will be sent to the club admin that we have on file, from 1st April 2026. We cannot send you your driver ticket. Please contact your club admin!

• CAMPSITE ACCESS: Camping tickets will arrive by courier from 1st April 2027. Please inform us if your delivery address changes. Replacements will not be offered if we are not contacted.

• ALL BOOKINGS ARE PER PERSON & PER-DAY.
• Event Date: Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th April 2027.
• Event Times: 10:00am – 4:00pm on both days.
• Venue: Royal Cornwall Events Centre, Wadebridge, Cornwall, PL27 7JE.
• Cornwall's Largest Automotive Event.
• Additional Passenger Tickets Must Be Purchased Separately - These are digital download tickets.
• Dogs permitted but on leads at all times - No dogs within indoor areas.
• Camping tickets to be purchased seperately.
• Baby Changing & Disabled Facilities Available On Site.
• Children aged 14 & under go FREE.

Timings are the same for both show days.
• Car Clubs: 7:00am - 9:00pm
• Showcase Areas: 7:00am - 9:00pm
• General Public: 10am - 3:00pm
• Public Car Park: Opens 8:30am
• Passengers can enter within cars on show from 7:00am
